Golden Rule Care, LLC
Golden Rule Care, LLC, is a residential program for adults with developmental disabilities, conveniently located in the Cosner’s Corner area, Fredericksburg, Virginia. We provide ethical, quality, and individualized residential supports, with the goal of helping individuals to achieve stability, growth, and independence.
We are a thriving community. Every individual is respected and treated professionally, beyond the standards required by overseeing bodies. We welcome adults with developmental disabilities who have Medicaid waiver. We are licensed by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS).
